Who this information is for

This notice explains the statutory right of withdrawal for consumers who purchase Einmalfilm codes from COLD3 UG (haftungsbeschränkt) on einmalfilm.com. A consumer is an individual acting mainly outside their trade, business or profession. Business buyers do not have a statutory consumer right of withdrawal; other rights under applicable law are unaffected.

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which the contract is concluded.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, inform us of your decision to withdraw by a clear statement, for example by email or letter:

You may also submit a clear withdrawal statement using the online form at https://einmalfilm.com/en/withdraw-from-contract. We will acknowledge receipt of an online submission. The online form currently requires a full name, the email address used for purchase and an order or invoice reference. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not required. To meet the deadline, it is enough to send your statement before the 14-day period expires. You do not need to give a reason.

You may instead send a clear withdrawal statement by email to support@einmalfilm.com without giving an order or invoice reference. A missing reference can make it more difficult for us to identify and process the purchase, but it does not automatically make your declaration ineffective.

Effects of withdrawal

If you validly withdraw from the contract for unused code or codes, we will reimburse the applicable payment received from you without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we are informed of your decision to withdraw. We will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction unless we expressly agree on another method that does not cost you anything. We will not charge you a reimbursement fee or deduct flat costs for issuing a code or for Stripe processing.

If you bought several codes, please indicate which codes your statement concerns, if you can. This can help us identify and process your request. Your statutory rights are not lost because you cannot identify a code number when you contact us. A receipt confirmation for the online form confirms that we received your declaration; it is not a statement that the legal outcome or a refund has already been decided.

No withdrawal for redeemed codes

Each code is treated separately. Once a code has been redeemed, the right of withdrawal for that code expires. Redeemed codes cannot be withdrawn and will not be refunded.

If an order contains several codes and only some of them have been redeemed, withdrawal remains possible only for the unused codes within the applicable withdrawal period. The refund will be limited to the proportion of the amount actually paid that is attributable to those unused codes, including the corresponding share of any discount and applicable taxes.

Redeeming one code does not affect the remaining codes in the same order or an event created with another code.
